- How do I place my order?
Placing an order with Dream Stationery is quick and easy:

- I don’t know the name or how to find the item I am looking for?
We understand that many brands and suppliers use different names and codes for products.
So to make it easy for our clients to find exactly what they are looking for you can simply email us a picture to email@example.com or even easier WhatsApp us on 083 678 8433 and we will find the right item for you. If you do not have the item to take a picture, gives us your best description of the item and tell us what you want to use it for.
- Will my shopping cart save if I leave www.dreamstat.co.za and return later?
Products added to your shopping cart will remain in the cart. If you leave the site and come back later the cart will appear as you left it.
- Where do you deliver?
We deliver all across South Africa, we make use of The Courier Guy.
If you would like delivery outside of South Africa, we would not be able to assist with shipping arrangements and documentation, but we would be happy to package you order for collection by your own courier or shipping company.
- When can I expect Delivery?
Once your order has been successfully processed it should take 1 to 2 working days to be shipped. Should a product be out of stock at the supplier we will inform you and then you can decide to either wait for the item or to be credited/refunded.
- Will I be able to track my online order?
Yes, tracking information will be sent to you the morning after your order has been shipped
- Why do out of stock or pre-ordered textbooks take so long to be shipped?
Orders need to be placed with the publishers for out of stock items. During off peak times March – September the orders are normally received within 7 – 14 working days. During peak periods October – February (back to school period), the order volumes with the publishers are extremely high which results in a number of titles having to be reprinted to keep up with the demand and the delivery time is then anything between 14 – 35 days
- Do you only supply the products listed on your website?
No, we can source most other stationery related items from our suppliers which usually takes about 1 to 3 working days. Textbooks can be sourced from the publishers but do take between 7 to 14 days.
- I forgot my login password, what should I do?
On the account login page there is a link “Forgot password” which you can click on and a new password will be generated for you.
- Can I check my previous orders?
Yes you can view and access any of your previous orders placed when logged into your account under orders?
- Do you keep stock of everything that is listed on your website?
No we do not keep stock of all the items
- Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay securely on the website or you can do an EFT payment
- Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order prior to the order being shipped and a full refund will be processed to your bank account. Should you however request a cancellation of an order after shipment and/or delivery the return of the item back to us will be for your cost and the refund will only be processed after we have received the item/s back in good condition and the amount refunded back to you will exclude all shipping costs.
- What do I do if I have received the incorrect item?
We do try our best to ensure that this does not happen but errors do occur. Please notify us immediately via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp 083 6788433. If we supplied the incorrect item we will gladly arrange to have the incorrect item collected and the correct item delivered at no additional cost to you.
